Oldham County Tractor Show

Antique Iron is for anyone interested in the preservation of engines that are more than 50 years old. Antique Iron draws in the antique tractor hobbyist but also reaches out to anyone that collects or is interested in technology from our past. The Antique Iron has already attracted new members to the history center and is planning some exciting future activities that include participation in parades, education activities, tractor rides and a plow day. 2008 Parade participation by the Antique Iron includes the following: The Warsaw Parade, The Shelbyville Christmas Parade, Westport Daze, Applefest at Bedford, Brownsboro Festival, Oldham County Day, New Castle and Campbellsburg Parade and the Masonic Homes of Kentucky.

THANK YOU to everyone who came out to be a part of this year's Show-Me Tractor Cruise--from the watchers to the partipants--we appreciate your participation and support of Camp Quality Northwest Missouri.

Tractor Cruise

Start the day off early as we check your tractor in and do a short inspection to ensure that we all can make the cruise successfully. Get some coffee and a bite of breakfast being sold by our school clubs. We will be lined up and ready to Cruise at 9:30 am . We will leave in groups of tractors to make managing traffic easier. Leaving Winterboro School, we will go to Childersburg and parade thru from about 10:15 am till 10:45 am. We will continue to Fayetteville and be in that area about 11:15 am. From Fayetteville, we head to Sylacauga where we will stop to group up and let people look at our Tractors. At 1:00 pm we will again be moving for a grand parade thru Sylacauga going down Ft. Williams and Broadway.
From Sylacauga we will go thru the countryside and into Sycamore arriving there about 2:15 to 2:30 pm. We will then get back on Highway 21 and finish at Winterboro School at approximately 4 pm.
The total trip Rought is approxamatly 46 miles of FUN.
Tuckahoe Steam & Gas Association
Number of Hits: 162 Report DeadlinkWe are an all-volunteer organization founded in 1973 and headquartered on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Our Mission is to preserve the historical Eastern Shore rural way of life.
In support of our Mission, we maintain a 70-acre facility five miles north of Easton MD on which we collect, restore, display, and operate a wide variety of antique industrial machinery and agricultural equipment. We welcome the public to our annual show held on the grounds during the weekend after the Fourth of July. We also sponsor many other events and share our facility with various community groups. We are always actively seeking new members who will share our interests and goals.

# Exhibitors are invited to participate by bringing relevant exhibits. Non operating/static displays are discouraged unless pre-approved. NO SELLING on the show grounds.
