(NATPA) was formed in November, 1995, and chartered in January, 1996, as a non-profit organization to enter, sponsor, promote and organize the recreational activity of antique tractor pulling. One objective of the NATPA is to make rules for competition and safety that will allow for standardization of antique tractor pulling across the United States.
